A significant focus of Don's expertise has been in the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) sector. He designed and implemented a comprehensive 3-tiered training program that became the overall SMB sales strategy for an organization with over 720 franchise locations that resulted in sales increases ranging from 30-400%. He was also the co-creator of an SMB Leadership Development program designed to upskill employees with college-level, critical-thinking coursework.
